Hello Birdie

I think I'm actually tired of my camera, photoshop and my computer at the moment..
I took over 265 photos (that was what was left after weeding thru) at a wedding yesterday.. They are now all gandered at, color corrected, cd burned and uploading to snapfish even now.. I do HAVE to share this one photo, this has been reduced in size only.. http://www.pbase.com/image/29303425
Did a HAPPY dance when I saw that one pop up on the computer screen...

Between that, and an afternoon/evening of shooting Friday...

I'm tired..... (hmm.. maybe a more relevent pad would be a close up of my bleurry eye..)
ahhh well.. This fellow is cuter, and very obliging.. as I stumbled outside to 'get my pad'
He was on our fence. (and it looks like a new next is being built in the eave right above our door) I'm betting with myself that my hubby will start using the garage more to 'avoid' disturbing the birds.

Cats are happy, they have really interesting window viewing now...

Great capture. When I try to shoot birds they bolt as if I am a cat (then again, I am a Leo hahahahaha). :)

Hi, Dawn Handova...thanks for the tea; it was great, just what I needed :^) your bird looks like the "Oregan race" of the dark eyed junco. Nicely done for 200mm. I was getting tired of not being able to USE my camera other than the point and shoot..I'll be a happy condo-er when this renovation/move is over (grumble, whine..)

VEry good capture. You seem to stumble on the such great photos when you are all worn out. Much better than I can get when I work at it. :)

I feel the same way about my camera at the moment, so for my PAD, I took a very uninspiring picture of a socket. Your photo looks great though!

Thanks Alon! I have NO idea on the type of bird, they just started to appear this weekend around our patio. I've seen a few more since then fluttering around our complex.. (either that or I'm being followed) Was thinking of trying to do a net search to find out.. Pretty little fellows tho. (I'm thinking maybe some kind of finch?)
