I was overcharged for my food & did not receive 3 items I paid for! (10-21-25, 2pm approx.) This kind of service is typical for your store in Hemet, CA at Florida Ave.& Sanderson. Your food & prices are satisfactory but employees can make or break any business. I was the only car in the drive thru & there were only a few cars in the parking lot. Your other store at the east end of Florida Ave.is no better. Hadn`t been to JITB in a very long time because of your staff. I/we are always courteous, no matter what. We have been patronizing those stores for many years. Guess we never learned our lesson. We`re done. In & Out, Arby`s, Burger King, McDonald`s, Burger Habit, here we come!!!

Your website is the worst first of all. Now I just went to Louisville KY. The service was so so slow and the bathrooms were very dirty. Papers all over the floor and no paper towels in the men’s restroom
