The Skookumchuck is great to see. The hike in takes about 40 min, not the Parks Dept.'s posted 20 min. This is not on a river, but a salt water channel connecting two large BC inlets. The rapids "reverse" with the in and outflow of ocean water from Sechelt Inlet.
Great to see this again. I've actually been here. It's an interesting phenomenon, finding waves like this on a river. Can sure sense the motion in this shot. V
