Not just any picture found, but pictures found on film that was never developed until I took it out of the camera!
About every fifth camera I acquire still has a roll of film in it. Most of the time (partly) exposed, but every now and then completely 'fresh'. At first I did not bother to have the film developed, but now when I can still use part of the film or when it is a more interesting older film/camera I check if processing still produces usable negatives.
