New York is at 5.7% with 2.4 million doses distributed and 1.28 million shots given.
Last Wednesday, New York's governor said that they were going to run out of doses that day, so these stats don't make sense. I recall hearing at one point that the CDC's "doses distributed" means "doses allocated", not necessarily doses received. The highest "doses used" percent of any state is 80% with most being in the mid 50%'s like New York.
