This is the Bhodran frame drum. My version is tunable and has a (standard) diameter of 46 cm. I prefer beating it with the flat hand and fingers instead of using the stick.

Die "Bhodran" Rahmentrommel ist eigentlich ein arabisches Instrument, und wird in Irland mit einem Stock gespielt. Meine stimmbare Rahmentrommel hat einen Durchmesser von 46 cm und ich spiele sie am liebsten mit der Hand.

The turning drum "Klong klong" or "Kelontojan" is mainly used to chase away apes and other animals from the living ground. They can be found all over Asia in different sizes.
