Training

Training for the Mt. Kilimanjaro actually took 1 year. It included several climbs up Mt. Kinabalu (>4,000m), weekend climbs at the Batu Caves (approx 20 times up and down 274 steps--and very steep steps), and roughing it out in Cameron Highlands.
