In 8 days we've seen all sorts of weather, even at this relatively low altitude (approx 4000 m). Rain, hailstone, and snow, and fog. Had to wait 5 hours to fly out of Lukla airport because of clouds.
Nights are usually below freezing, and no heating in the bedrooms.
