Before I go any further, this stuff tastes a lot better than it looks. In fact, it tastes pretty good.
Still, it falls into the category of yucky on looks alone.

After Thanksgiving dinner, we still had half the turkey left. I had dreams of hot turkey sandwiches
with gravy, cold turkey sandwiches with cranberries. Yum!

When I returned home from work on Friday, though, I discovered that the bird had been stripped, the bones
were in one pot to make stock, while the meat was in another pot to make ... a curry! There was
a bit left for a sandwich or two, but not enough.

Of course, the English love a curry ... and they like nothing better than to spice up their
leftover Christmas turkey. The whole idea, to me, is yucky.
