Set the F30 on manual, chose high speed mode and "M" to cope with the usual constant motion, and ISO 800 for a decent shutter speed. Light is from under-cabinet fluorescents and fluorescents in the ceiling. Auto White Balance (You might ask "Why high speed?" and I answer, "Because cats are unpredictable"!)
