"Ruedas de Fuego" (not very fiery). Fried onions and poblano peppers with lemon and saffron aioli. Very delicious. (At "Rezazz" in Asheville...one of the best restaurants in this vicinity! Reza, owner and chef, is from Iran. Update: As of 2016, or perhaps before, Rezazz has been sold so the owner can concentrate on supporting the musical career of his children.
