No Pain No Gain

Julienne, my physical therapist is mobilizing my shoulder joint (Hand held by me, swivel turned around) The shoulder was broken at the end of January. ISO 200

Canon PowerShot A80
1/8s f/4.0 at 7.8mm (had camera in P mode for some inexplicable reason....wouldn't have chosen 1/8 of a second!) full exif

Ouch !! The A80 did good too - I ought to get mine out of retirement.

OH dear thats looks painful. I sure hope it helps! You just have to love the A80. I never leave home without it.

Ohh, that sure looks like it's going to hurt! Definitely, I love the swivel lcd's.

Ouch! I had ciatic nerve probs a few years back (still acts up) and had to go thru weeks of PT. They had this big sign that read "NO PAIN NO GAIN" and trust me they mean it lol. Hope that shoulder does well! Peeka
