UNFORTUNATELY, I cloned in a triangle at the top right and the noise didn't clone with it...so there's a smooth patch! Used Neat Image Pro version 4 to denoise and FocalBlade to sharpen.
Addendum: I realize I didn't do auto fine tune properly...only working on the red...but it still worked pretty well!
