The author baked these in silicone mini muffin cups. I used Wilton metal cups and didn't have enough egg and cottage cheese batter. I had to beat two more eggs with cottage cheese.
I ordered the silicone pans because they said they were 2" deep at the top of the page, but in the description below, Amazon had the correct 1" deep.
Lesson learned: Read ENTIRE descriptions!
The recipe, however, turned out delicious and I will make it again the same ingredients, perhaps without the bacon. I added scallions and red pepper cut into a small dice.
