That little hole in the leaf is called a "fenestration" and it's confirmation that putting a grow light on this plant has made it happy. (I learned from a YouTube video that when monsteras have enough light they will produce more of them and become even more beautiful.
Watching my plants thrive is a great spirit lifter.
