I posted this for my vegan friends basically for the sauce, which I use for all sorts of stir fries in which cornstarch coated extra firm tofu is sautéed first and set aside while I prepare the rest of the ingredients - adding it at the end after the sauce has been added to them. It's added and stirred to coat. Vegans can just substitute plant-based oyster sauce.
