Legendary Japanese declutterer Marie Kondo has said that "if it doesn't spark joy, get rid of it", so when my first sighting in MANY years of a hairy woodpecker occurred a few minutes ago I had to put my camera to my eye and shoot away. It was hard to delete any of these images.

It was fun watching this new visitor to my entryway trying to figure out how to get onto the feeder. He was very klutzy, but he quickly figured it out.
