I saw this made yesterday on the "Made With Lau" YouTube channel. I really enjoy their recipes. Even though we're snowed in for a couple of days I was able to come up with all the ingredients I needed to make it. I used bok choy because I didn't have the cabbage and sushi nori for the seaweed.
