Datura seed pods.

Cut these off my datura plant several weeks ago because I didn't want poisonous datura to run rampant in my garden.

Put the pods in the garage and just noticed this morning that one of them had split revealing a whole lot of seeds. I wonder if they could germinate, considering that I cut the pods off when they were not yet dried out.

(I removed the black spots and floating the image within an 8.5 x 11 space and printed it for framing. It came out great. Phones are sure capable of great images if you keep your eyes open and learn how to get the best out of your camera app.)

This is really beautiful. The seed pods, especially the showing the seeds, set against that neutral background make a lovely artistic image. Really nicely done. VV
