Wanted to encourage my Facebook friends to try some Qigong to limber up their bodies which have been too static in these confined days.
Investigated the self timer settings and found I could use a wait period of two or ten seconds and after tapping the shutter button set the phone on my window frame, hopefully pointing it in the right direction. I used the extra wide lens to be on the safe side with my aiming, and cropped quite a bit afterward, doing a little Photoshopping on my mid-section!
