Six Hour Bialys

There were supposed to be a dozen.

First time making them by hand instead of preparing the dough in my bread maker, which has been making loud clunking sounds leading me to believe it's at the end of its life.

I found the recipe on YouTube and used a digital scale to carefully(?) weigh out each ingredient. https://youtu.be/Ao58A-WEt-M

Obviously, I made a mistake; otherwise why would the dough have been initially extremely wet and finished products be missing 200 grams of weight?

There were so many steps and "fermenting" (rising) times that all in all the process took about six hours.

Next time I will experiment with an easier recipe, but I doubt they will taste any better.
