I sure didn't buy this plant today for the condition of its leaves. (From Lowe's) I bought it for its very unusual blossoms which were of varying colors as well as being both single and double. As soon as I got home I cut some leaves and put them in a mix of vermiculite and perlite and put the little pots in plastic bags marked with the date I planted them. It's going to be interesting to see how long it will be till I can have baby plants to nurture more carefully.
