Shiso

Shiso leaves. Grew them to put in lettuce wraps of Korean bulgogi. I think they taste awful, but they're supposed to be an acquired taste. If you're thinking about growing them, do it in a pot. Oh, very delicious. These are often served in Japan with sashimi, and lovely to wrap around the fish.

Interesting info. Have not heard of these before but they certainly look lush and healthy. Wonder what they taste like if they taste awful! V
