North Carolina, and probably other states, has a crisis in nursing home care. Big corporations are taking over facilities with their prime goal greater income, not patient care. This gentleman, a retired physician, was there as a witness to what he has experienced. Another candidate who has friends who are nursing home employees shared that they've seen other employees steal patients' medication to feed their addictions, probably caused by working in understaffed and stressful environments.
