Shortly after I got my new phone my husband's phone battery was giving up the ghost so we did intense studying and came up with the Samsung A50 which fit his needs perfectly. We bought it unlocked, the first unlocked phone we bought, and were a little puzzled about the no wi-fi thing - which was the reason for NOT buying an unlocked fun.

After coming home and finding we couldn't use our house wi-fi with the phone I just about had a stroke...but after a couple of hours mysteriously it operated on wi-fi and we were both relieved.

Louise, shown here, is a cellphone maven at the Best Buy in Arden, NC, and was wonderfully informed, patient and helpful. So much better than going to Verizon!
