I would have thought a girl as well! Mr. Morgan would love it here in Canada … cannabis, and its derivates are 100% legal, just like cigarettes and alcohol! Everyone can have up to an once (28 grams) on their person at any time and anywhere, even when flying a commercial airline, so long as it doesn't leave Canada! It's about the same rules as alcohol, like not to be consume in public, certainly can't smoke and drive etc. There are dozens and dozens of sites on the Internet to get the stuff, and the provincial (states to you) government all have their shops where one can buy cannabis … becoming a sacred cow with the revenues and the taxes on it, millions and millions in the coffers!
