Delightful breakfast (and lunch) spot in Flat Rock, North Carolina. Creative breakfast skillets with lots of good veggies. Will have to photograph one on our next visit. Open from Wednesday through Sunday. Usually a long wait for a table - it's that popular - and worth the wait.
