DSC03600 So what do you do when it's been raining non-stop for several days?

To keep from going crazily photo-op-less, I experiment with different camera settings - this one from an in camera hdr image, with contrast brought back in Photoshop to counteract the wishy washy look of hdr images from the camera.

You did a stellar job on this beautiful shot. Having come through a drought, we had quite a bit of rain recently, but it was oh, so welcome! V

Looks good, colors look realistic. I love your living room with all the windows and fireplace, looks like it is nice and bright. Hope you get better weather. We have dirty grey skies from all the fires. Wish we would get some of your rain! Bad thing about CA, most of the state does not get rain in the summer months. I am doing a lot of walking on trails and would love a all in one camera. Last walk I did I had just my 14-45 and 60mm macro....needed a longer lens for the raptor I saw. the 100-300 is kinda heavy and not good at the 300 end. Next time I will take just the 35-100....maybe that extra 40mm (80 mm 35 equiv) would have helped.
