He's one of three hopeful candidates to be chosen to run to unseat US Congressman Mark Meadows, of North Carolina's 11th District. The venue in which this picture was taken, the "Grand Ole Hall" at Highland Lake Inn in Flat Rock, North Carolina, had a horrendous mix of lighting which was quite dim, so images were converted to b/w, for my sanity!
