Lunch at Never Blue in Hendersonville, North Carolina
Award-winning chef Jessie Roque didn't disappoint today!
Went to Never Blue for lunch and chose crabcakes for Bill and "Southern Welcome" for me. (Bill had nearly finished his crabcakes by the time my food had arrived.) The hardboiled quail egg on top of the ham salad was a nice touch. Everything was delicious. Didn't taste any chipotle in the pralines, but that was fine with us! The red wine sangria was an excellent accompaniment.
