I don't actually remember how this house plant wound up outside. All I remember is that it did terribly inside and I had lost all hope for it. Perhaps I dumped the soil from its pot into a large pot on the southwest facing deck and didn't realize the begonia was still viable. Surpisingly, it survived that hot temps out there, somehow being shaded enough to thrive. Now, I'm thinking, I ought to bring it inside and see if it will survive the house environment.
