Incredible Assassin Bug

The amazingly beautiful pattern reminds me of piece of enameled jewelry. It's said to have a "wicked" bite, so I won't be picking one up any time soon.

Wow, that is a great close up of the colorful assassin bug. I, too, have heard they can take a man to his knees with their bite.
