Sometimes you just can't get the picture you want because your lens/camera combination just doesn't offer enough depth of field or your ISO won't go high enough to use the aperture you need, and besides that, you don't want all the visual noise that will accompany a high ISO.

After trying several pictures with my GH2 and being able to get only the bottles or woodpecker in focus I decided to try the S3 and first try I got this image with which I am extremely pleased.

This is the scene that greets me from the kitchen when I prepare my meals.
