Having left home at about 5:20, we were hungry for lunch at about 10:30 and had some wonderful Middle Eastern food, not at this stand, but another. Usually, we don't expect anything out of the ordinary at a fair, but what we had was excellent, so when we return to next year's festival will look out for the same vendor. When was the last time you saw stuffed grape leaves or shawarma or tabouli at a fair?
