Please note: There are three ingredients listed under marinade. Be aware that only the first ingredient, the baking soda, is used for the first half of the marination. (Unlike me, read the ENTIRE recipe before you proceed with the preparation.) Please note: The recipe states to stir fry the green peppers, onions and ginger until you smell the peppers. I never smelled them, and I was watching the vegetables about to burn, so I proceeded with the rest of the recipe.)
