Photographed through grey tinted sliding door with Canon 70-200 f/4L and Tamron 1.4X teleconverter,handheld. The red of the flowers and green of the leaves were a bit overexposed. Went to Image>Adjust>Selective Color in Photoshop CS and moved the black slider a bit to the right for the red and green.* Toned those colors down nicely. Finished with slight sharpening with the FocalBlade plug-in.
*You can achieve similar results with Photoshop Elements by going to Enhance>Color>Hue/Saturation and clicking on Edit to choose the color you want to change and then use the sliders. The lighten slider works very much like the black slider in the Selective Color adjustment.
