One of the largest folk dance festivals in the world in terms of participants and duration, held in Western North Carolina annually. Find about more about it here: http://folkmootusa.org/ The pictures shown here were taken in the Lipinsky Auditorium of Western Carolina University in Asheville, North Carolina. We were seated in Row I of the auditorium in which the seats were not banked on a slope, so I had to shoot between heads. I must once again confirm my choice of the Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 lens as a "theater" lens. It's extremely sharp and light sensitive and it's narrow field of view helps me get between the heads in front of me MOST of the time.
