I like Carol's observation here, because this picture is all about space -- space to live, work, and even dance. There is another aspect to this image, as well. The dancer is huge and out of scale to the scene, making it incongruous. It is also a very delicate and feminine poster, contrasting to the brutal, coarse, and ugly textures of demolition.
The mural of the woman enclosed in a very small space seems fitting here since they have demolished the walls around her, making way, I suppose, for more space. Cool image!
