I agree the Carols -- the framing is quite powerful. However, it is the reflected light that makes this image very special. The glow echoes the spiritual nature of the church.
The adobe frame makes this image really work in my opinion. What a wonderfully pleasing shape it creates inside for the steeple of that church, apparently at a distance! The shape on the left reminds me of a tree. Nicely seen!
