These are pictures in the great room at Big Meadows Lodge and of one of the rooms we've stayed in and the balcony. The rooms have been updated since those particular pics were taken. There are also pics of the cabin with a deer roaming around. There are usually a lot of them in that area. There are different lodging options. We've also stayed in one of these cabins. The great room in the lodge is awesome. There is a great view over the valley and you can sit in rocking chairs and just enjoy the view and reflect. There is a wrap around deck outside. There are groupings of chairs and tables and sofas and areas to play giant checkers, build puzzles and do other things - or just sit back and enjoy the fire that is often burning in the fireplace.
