Common Willow Herb, Epilobium ciliatum

aka Willowherb, Epilobium sp

Red stems, curly brown leaves; semi-aquatic.

Flower: four deeply cleft petals, white or pink. Leaves curl into brown coils as they age.

Grows in aquatic environments, reaches 3-4 ft along banks at Oka Ponds.
