Cobalt Milkweed Beetle, Chrysocus cobaltinus, on Narrow-leaved Milkweed, with aphids.

All parts of this beautiful beetle are glistening metallic midnight blue, including the
head and pronotum. The beetle appeared to be feeding on pollen or nectar, not aphids.
