Alviso EEC Native Plant Garden. Trees include Blue Elderberry, Toyon, California Buckeye and Black Walnut. At the mid-level are various
shrubs including California Coffeeberry, Wild Rose, Saltbush and Buckwheat. More native plants thrive in patches: Sticky Monkeyflower,
Marsh Baccharis, Gooseberry, California Aster, Narrow-leaved Milkweed, plus Cleveland and Hummingbird Sage. Around the
periphery, perhaps not intentionally planted, are found various native species of Loosestrife, Tarweed, Spikeweed and Lomatium.

The garden attracts large numbers of birds, butterflies, native bees and honeybees as well as a large variety of other native fauna.
