Deep Six In Snow

The snow was this deep and deeper three times this past few days....yup the snow blower was working overtime.
Twelve bucks worth of fuel to boot!!! The truck was stuck in the street overnight and I dug it out this A.M.
The drifts in the alley are just about seven feet high, no parking in the back for a few days I bet.
I'm glad I made the decision in September to buy a new snow blower, Arlene thought I was nuts.....
It payed for itself over the last twenty-four hours for sure.......
And look the weather went from melting to blizzard in no time at all, I never even got the truck washed before this @#$%& hit....

Hey. what's that game that Glenn, Matt, and Mike are playing: mine's bigger than yours? :-) I don't suppose by 12" manual shovel can compete in that league, can it?

Sure glad I live in SW Wisconsin, looks like you get in one storm that I get in a season! Good luck and stay warm!

I'm glad you didn't get it washed because you'd have to do it again. That is some snow wall you got there. Stay warm!!!

Unbelievable ..... especially since I am sweltering in front of a fan, temperature here today is 33 degrees Celsius, and the humidity (which makes it all worse) is in the seventies. Still can't believe the amount of snow up there. This is a great shot to illustrate what's happening.

Raining here all day in Vermont - temp is 50F - not typical Vermont wintertime!

32 incher? Yeesh that's a toy, We are getting pounded with the same storm now, and we got a 6 foot, tractor mounted machine. It's nice to clear snow from a heated cab.

We just had 50mm of rain - good thing it wasn't snow or I'd have this view too. (But I got that 12hp 32 incher ready.)
