The Ace Hotel build by Chin Foon in 1927 is the only building that remained on the north side of River St. W. on this block.
It has been the home of Joe's Locksmith for the past 23 odd years, I'm sure every one in the City has key that was cut by
the late owner, or a saw blade that was once sharpened by him on the second floor.
The past few years has been very hard on the building and the roof has leaked and caused water damage right to the main floor.
