Grounded Viking

I was really on my way to shoot a country church when I spotted this beauty.
She is 1959 Chevrolet Viking 60 2.5 ton grain truck. The images of the church are good too.
Hope to post one in a day or two.
I got my shoes full of snow walking into this one... :-)

Unbelievably cool Mike! The sky and snow with the intense blue of the truck and the fish eye giving it such cool lines really works! Big Vote!!

Spectacular capture Mike. The blues just work so well in this image and the POV with that lens just makes it pop.

I think this may be the best use of the fisheye yet; it's almost as if you managed to get image compression from a wide angle - great composition. Fantastic exposure control as well; you managed to maintain the bright colours and the detail in the snow. All around a great shot! ~V~

Wow! This is soooo cool and only a couple of years younger than me! I love it, love it, love it! I didn't get a chance to get any country shots as I was busy all week with the wedding....something I really miss because I don't know when I'll get to Canada again but it is on my list! Next time it will be for me, only and of course you and a couple of other photographers I'd like to meet! This rocks, dude! V

I like the fisheye view of this! I am thinking if i came across one for a 'good' deal... it may just happen!
