This tiny, thumbnail size, Atlantic Longarm Octopus (Macrotritopus felippi), with it's larval or planktonic stage over, has settled onto the sandy bottom where it will make it's home. It will quickly lose these bright colors and look like a regular, well camouflaged longarm octopus.
