These are actually Osprey. They are a form of hawk I guess I've always considered them a sea eagle. Anyway here off the San Juan Islands in Washington state ar two .

I really liked it when you posted it before but I like it even more now. The eagles are so colorful and friendly looking, unlike real eagles. I am sure your Grand grandson will love it.
