Very nice set of gray tones and good overall pattern. The perspective helps here too.
The little Fuji has done well with the contrast here with details preserved in the white blinds.

Nice clean shot, the sun on the white buildings adds such a lot to it.

Interesting subject and angle. I like the way the sunshades are draped across the balconys, keeping the bright light and heat out. Without them it would be a rather dull photo.
