I'm trying not to post pictures of "big" events in my life, but this one was just unbelievable. Sort of. A couple months ago, our water heater busted, sending 30 gallons of water coursing through our tiny washroom and into the storage closet. Then, a large hole in the pipe of the washroom sink needed immediate repair and I went out to get some materials...during which my brother completely forgets the reason why I went out and started washing clothes. Before it registers in my head that the machine is on, it hits the second part of the cycle and starts spewing water into the sink -- and straight out again through the hole. Another flooding, admittedly not as bad as 30 gallons coming out at a high rate of speed, and we managed to catch it early, but still. This is the doorway into our garage, which leads to the washroom, after we sloshed out all the water and had wiped the floor mostly dry. Later I found some water had indeed gone into the storage closet again, but only a little. It still necessitated a fan for a few hours.
